Wonderfully helpful and down to earth. THIS ARE THE LITTLE GUYS WE SHOULD ALL BE SUPPORTING. The premises is always clean and well spread out they have a big range of items including toys food and a few different kinds of beautiful fur babies. They are kept well and are happy and content. There cheeper than pet barn!!! I come in here all the time and get giant super worms for my Beardie Gypsy. I was a bit stuck today they were only to happy to help going above and beyond. Thank u from Gypsy and me. See u next time I'm in. <3 Thank u also to Mt Warren Park for teaming so well with Beenleigh to come up with a way to help us. Good job guys. Don't ever change.
Popped in to get some dog food and came away with oodles of information! The shop is very well stocked with a great variety of products and the lovely manager is so knowledgeable! She was a pleasure to chat to and was very helpful in offering dietary advice for my puppy and dog. I will definitely be back again
Ever since this business changed hands I hate having to go there. The staff are very young and simply don't know their products or much about the animals. I've been trying to buy bird food there for the last few weeks but the gates are locked without a reason. Today I went and found the gates locked again but this time their was a sign for new trading hours stating that it is suppose to be open. I miss it being Doc Toreys.
Popped into Beenleigh Pet and Produce today and was warmly greeted by a friendly young lady who was was bubbly and happy and her enthusiasm made my day. When I asked her a question she was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me to answer her my questions, she was awesome and showed me all of the animals had such a blast. Thank you so much
Set up a reptile enclosure layby to be collected 2 weeks later, came in and it had been sold! so I ordered a new one. Came in 2 weeks later to collect and it hadn't even been ordered. So I reorded it. 2 weeks later came in again and took it home to assemble just to find it was a totally different colour! Called tamara to sort it as dealing with larissa wasn't helping. And got a new tank ordered... was told it would be ready the following Thursday so i called to confirm it was in before driving down there AGAIN unnecessarily... hadn't been ordered AGAIN! waited andother week for a new tank came in collected corect colour, took home, assembled to find 3 broken vents... messaged both managers, the facebook page and called beenleigh store with no reply...had to chase management down at other store to get BS excuses like thats the suppliers issue not us... you sell the product under your name, you may want to make sure you trust the brands you recommend! 6 mess ups later paid full price $400 and am still waiting on my replacement parts. I work in retail so if im upset you know its bad because I have ALOT of understanding when it come to this stuff and untill recently was really chill about this.
Extremely down to earth people, and they have awesome deals! I got a siamese fighting fish for $1 the most common fin tails and 4 small comets for $5 today!
Walked in and the girl was sitting behind the desk on her phone. The shop is cramped , the poor puppy and kittens were tucked away In a glass enclosure which you wouldnt of even of known was there , nor was there any AIRCON down that side of the shop. Put them near the desk ?? so they can see people!! They are staring at a wall with no aircon and no toys. Disgusting. You guys need a new layout its not good enough.
Friendly Staff. Unusual refund policy. Don't refund at store, you have to fill out form and wait days for it to appear back in your bank account.
Fish are always stressed out from water flow and the bettas are living in cups, stacked on a shelf. All of this breaches the pet store policy in Queensland as per clause 16.1 through to 16.6 in the Queensland Code of Practice for Pet Shops.
Young lady that served me was so very helpful and knowledgeable. Was very happy with the service and prices are very reasonable.
