Went to Autobarn on Monday to buy lambswool seat covers for the front of our new car,well what an experience 2 young staff members both very young were sitting at the counter talking never came near us ,we went over to them ,and it was such an effort for them to give us a price to fit them they had to go out the back and ask someone,so we went back to look at the seat covers They came back didn't come near us they went and sat down we had to go over and ask again ,they honestly didn't have one bit of customer service tried to speak to the manager but he was not available,so we went else where and spent our $350 will never return to that store again
Quality product range and easy to access location.. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
Had my item but item scanned at wrong price it was fixed but a customer got two of same items so would be $40 down hopefully it goes on his loyalty card
The staff are very friendly and welcoming, I purchased a full sound system from them and had them install it for and I do love the sound Quality and how helpful the staff were to show me what one to buy. The one thing that put me off was the sub they fitted in my boot, the mounts snapped so I took it back for them to replace it I had to do this 3 times before I decided to go buy my own mounts and do it myself, I was getting annoyed at the fact I had to keep coming back because the mounts didn't last a day before breaking and each time they told me it would never break and sent me off again.
No one in the shop but yet again still can't get service why bother
Despite the rain, the Team were very welcoming and helpful without being "in your face", like their competition often do. Prices were surprising and I ended up buying more than I had intended. Always thought of them being dearer, but that's the influence of advertising, I guess. Liked the clean layout which meant I could find the gear I needed quickly. Explanatory signs about the products, like the oil, gave me a better choice. Parking is at a premium but it's constantly changing so I didn't have to wait long.
Only today I was disappointed by the lack of staff. I left and they lost sales. but sometimes one needs more patience. great shop.ill try tomorrow.
I purchased light globes online to pick up at this store and even though they can see my order in front of them they somehow still managed to pick the wrong items. The staff act like they've got better things to do other than their job. I get it, you work in Beenleigh but you could at least smile and pretend your happy for the 10 seconds I spend in your store.
