Have  been serve for  at list  22  years  from jewellers Mark special   always  are  repairs,  go to them  !. We  have  been always  trust fully!.

They rebuilt my wedding ring after a mishap.  Wow.  Added more gold.  Replaced a diamond I didn't know I was missing.  Exceptional work - so so happy.

100% recommend. These guys are amazing, super talented and experienced. They gave us an amazing deal and put so much care into creating what I will have, God-willing, for a life time. They adjusted the size of my ring in ~20 minutes for free and offer cleaning whenever for free!  They also cut off rings for free, if you ever need you now know where to go, don’t try it at home, don’t go to the hospital, go to Hatton Garden Jewellers in Beenleigh!

After my son passed away I came here to get a anklet made in his memory, and at the same time my husband asked to have his ring recoated with 2 gems added for our little boy. I was very specific of the design I wanted and even sent photos to the owners phone. My birthday was a couple of months away and I was promised by the owner I would receive this well before then. After numerous phone calls and delays we finally received our jewellery 2 months after my birthday. By this point I was so upset with the service I received I didn't even want the anklet anymore. If that wasn't bad enough the anklet is so small almost child size I can't wear it and the design is completely wrong even though pictures were sent of what I had asked for. Not to mention we were charged $900 for this 'service' and an anklet I can't even wear. Thanks for taking advantage of a grieving mum.

Just wanted to say Thankyou to this amazing team! They were kind and courteous the whole way through and helped us with our enquiry and alterations promptly and professionally. Would 100% recommend them for any of your Jewellery needs!

They did a very poor job resizing my pearl bracelet. Very unhelpful attitude when asked them to fix it for the second time and was broken again in less than 3 days and I had to look for my pearls all over the place when it broke because they didn't bother to knot the pearls separately. Avoid them !

Family run boutique jeweler. Good range of custom work available and we got great service, warranty and an offer of free cleaning on our purchases? Recommended
