We were so happy we chose The Cheesecake Shop Beenleigh to make our Wedding Cake! The staff was absolutely lovely to work with and made the planning process easy and seamless. Their cakes are no doubt a true reflection of their passion and artistry. We brought pictures of ideas that we wanted for the design and they sketched a few drawings which were great-- the end result blew us away and our cake was gorgeous! Most importantly, the cake tasted like heaven. We went with a chocolate cake with caramel glaze on top which was the perfect combo for my husband and me, chocolate-loving taste buds!! We received compliments the entire night about the cake! We took home the top layer of the cake, and my husband and I, our parents, and brothers all ate it the next morning since none of us had a chance to get a taste at the wedding--I wish I had a piece in front of me now because I'm still remembering how delicious it was-- moist, fluffy cake, and the filing was not too sweet! The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend The Cheesecake Shop Beenleigh to anyone, and I can't wait to come up with another event to get our next cake from there.

The Cheesecake Shop recently created an amazing cake for my daughter’s second birthday party. We have used The Cheesecake Shop Beenleigh repeatedly for birthday parties and showers, and have been amazed each time at the taste as well as the imagination and detail of each cake. The Cheesecake Shop Beenleigh has become our "go-to" shop when we need a delicious centerpiece for a party. And, what I love the most: As a busy mom who still wants to throw an imaginative and detailed party, I never have to worry about the dessert. I know I just have to discuss with Professional team the theme and feeling of the party, and they’ll create the cake that will amaze our family and friends. I'm never anything but enamored with the cake, and it takes a little of the planning off of my shoulders, which is awesome. We recommend this shop to everyone and We look forward to our next party!

I ordered 35 cup cakes for a Doctors themed birthday party. I gave clear instruction to use red and white icing with a simple cross on the top. While the cup cakes were very tasty, my instructions were completely ignored and instead I received (although beautifully decorated) cupcakes in brown and pink with roses and other flowers. There was no time to ask them to fix them and I had ended up decorating them myself. A bit of a disappointment. Only recommend using them if you do not require specific decoration or themes.

Very disappointed Very unprofessional staff and you will never get what you ordered We ordered birthday cake for sons birthday and showed them picture that we want similar cake and they said yes we can do it of cost of 160 dollars But next someone called that we can’t do the same cake we will make it by own design but we won’t disappoint you they committed that you will like the cake. On pickup I was very disappointed to see that cake and I have to pay same amount of money to buy very disappointed cake Very rude never go there

Absolutely terrible service from these staff. Booked a cheesecake with some simple happy birthday writing 3 days earlier. Arrived to collect the cake at the booked time, only to be told the jelly wasn't set and I needed to come back in 30 mins. The writing wasn't even added yet. Woeful experience, and terrible product. Lift your game Beenleigh store, you are letting down an otherwise good franchise.
