Tempted by condition & price vs new, I purchased a Multiband Radio online. The customer service from Mitch was friendly and helpful. The radio was posted promptly, well packed and received several days later...honest postage costs. My partner and I love the team at Pennywise, especially Daniel and Mitch who always look after us and chat to us about nerdy stuff. Great customer service and they always go above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. I cannot recommend this store highly enough, they truly care about their customers and we have always had a fantastic experience.
We just purchased an item from these guys and it was in perfect condition, was posted out super fast and all communications have been awesome. Can't fault these guys. Will definitely purchase again :
We bought an item, electronic device, and was delivered by pennywise business quickly since it was express post. The item was in very good condition, fully functional, worked as it was advertised. However it did not suit my partners needs, was too big and could not access word documents without paying for a Microsoft subscription. My partner, we, decided, some six days later, to try and resell it back to pennywise, at near the price that he paid for it. Lo and behold, pennywise offered my partner almost a third less than what he paid for it! That amounts to a 270% profit for them! My partner, who is awaiting life saving heart transplant, was furious, got even further very very sick, and when he recovered, told pennywise of their outlandish very glaring highway robbery, 'debasement business' he told them. We had no idea at all that second hand businesses operate in this overtly greed, $$$, loving manner, or at least pennywise most certainly does! We are Christians, which makes it even more evident to us. We know most everybody who have rejected Christ are little more than tormented devils living here on earth to seek to pillage, rip off, steal, and destroy as many people as possible. But they know not the power of our God to prevent them from doing so to those who serve Jesus, and seek to establish God's Justice and Righteousness here "on earth as it is in heaven." In sum, steer well clear of Pennywise when/if wanting to sell items to this complete highway robbing 'family business', especially if trying to resell this businesses own items back to them. Lucija.
Wow, Awesome place. Seriously happy and friendly staff. Jess was great, so helpful. I visit their website now before I bother looking at fb market place. U get a warranty as well, so u can be confident they will look after you should the need arise.

Recently purchased a few items from this store and I have to recognise all the staff for their professional, efficient and courteous manner. Jess and Pierce were awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend this store they are friendly and awesome, not to mention way cheaper than their neighbours!
