Questionable staff ethics
Lost an earring in store trying on clothes
Called late that day to ask if it was found was told yes and that it will be put away for me
Went back next day only to be told by a very nervous manager that it can't be found where it was put away.. Now this was a very distinct custom made earrings no others like it in the world not some Michael hills over the counter earrings. 
So I said call me when you find it
Called on Friday only to be told by a even more nervous manager thst it was given to some lady who lost an earring on Wednesday (day after I came in and they couldn't find it) and she described it correctly, well it was a one off custom earring made in Germany in doubt anyone would have described the earrings
Obviously staff stole it and made up story to cover up the mischief.
