It is twice in a matter of months that I drive +20 mins to this Big W because their website state that they have an item in stock Once it was a beach umbrella, today it was a small suitcase just to get there and find out that they actually don't have any on shelf or at the back. Total waste of time.nn0 star for your online system. Fix it.nn1 star because your staff member did try to help and was decent enough to apologise afterwards for the stuff up.nnWont be coming back
