Big W provides an adequate shopping experience.  Their product selection is generally satisfactory, although some items can be overpriced.  Customer service is typically efficient, but could be improved.  The store layout is reasonably intuitive, making navigation relatively easy.  Overall, Big W is a suitable option for general merchandise needs.

Just bumped into a senior friend and helped her buy great grandkids presents. Very daunting but a really lovely staff member Rachel walked around with us and found everything with us.nThe real Christmas spirit.nThanks Big W Beenleigh.

This store makes you feel like a criminal as they have health and beauty completely sectioned off - you go through a security barrier and pay separately before continuing your shopping. I understand it's designed to reduce shoplifting but for upstanding citizens, by design it makes you feel like you have done something wrong even when you haven't as they are watching you shop the whole time.

Haven’t been to a Big W in years and now won’t ever be back. Popped in Sat morning with my granddaughter to buy a balloon, there were 2 girls there filling up other balloons but refused to blow hers up. There were rude and really quite pathetic. There were a great representation of Big Ws attitude to customers. They need to be reprimanded for their lack of customer service.

Great store, easy access, well laid out and always good prices
