Hats off to Colin at Specsavers Beenleigh, when my prescription sunglasses arrived, he was not happy with the lenses and returned them to the lab to have the lenses remade, nit only once but twice. He kept me informed and was very apologetic for the delay. He would not release them to me until he was happy with them. Finally received my new sunnies and they are terrific. Thank you very much Colin, fantastic Customer Service.
So easy to make appts on-line. Staff are always on time, friendly and experienced. Love my new glasses especially my Sarita King sunnies. Always able to go back for adjustments if needed.

Today went into the store at Beenleigh and where faced with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We were supporting a client and no one in the store was able to help us with simple questions. At one stage, the staff went went to the manager Michelle to seek help for our question “ does the online sale, apply in stores” Which Michelle answer was “I don't know I don't shop online” My client was visibly upset and becoming very distressed and being treated with no respect. I spoke up and called out Michelle on her appalling behaviour to help educate that no one deserves to be spoken to that way. Which she apologised for but I feel this needs to be raised further. Further training for the staff on the products and how to use the computers And basic customer service training for the Manager Michelle
They’re all nice and friendly, I had my eye checked and needed to buy glasses, I also wanted one of the sunglasses one but I didn’t have enough money to pay for both glasses and surprisingly they gave me free of the sunglasses. I am so happy and can’t thank you guys enough. this sunglass become special to me. Thank you guys so much I really appreciated.
Wish i could leave a 0 rating but customer service seriously needs improving. One lady in particular ignored me talking to another employee about her weekend while we were standing there waiting to be served for a solid 8mins. She then proceeded to serve me finally but with the worst attitude, she was straight up rude and condescending. I wouldn’t recommend, for someone that works in customer service- the staff here seriously needs further and stricter training.
I had a great lady help me with choosing my glasses and when I went back for the fitting another lady helped me and she was awesome as well. Great staff .
I had had eye test which showed a possible problem so I then had another eye test with dye and a hole was found in my left eye and within 24 hrs I was at the pa having laser surgery. Amazing Thankyou everyone involved much appreciated.
The optometrist was very thorough. The best eye test I have ever had. Didn't need new glasses this time. Highly recommend the store and optometrists.
As always very fast and efficient professional service and still always remaining customer focused and friendly service
