Was at this store to refund a prepaid as told by the Customer care team over phone call, got to the store, told the staff exactly what I am after, staff went into office to check and after 2 mins I was told to go to one of the computer and provide ID with the staff, all provided and checked then said to me they can't do it I need to go do a Telstra store not a franchisee store!! How bizarre is this if you can't do what I want and need to redirect me to different store, just tell me upfront before you check all my IDs and account!! When I questioned the staff didn't you checked with your manager when you went into office? Staff said no it was just a colleague she's checking with as Staff wasn't sure if they can do it. 10 mins later I walked out nothing achieved but waste of time

Waste of time with this store. Renewed my contract with them on 20/01/2018 and still the order hasnt been processed. Really pathetic service. wiould give 0 stars if I could

If I could rate this one Telstra store, I'd give it -10. Had an issue with a recent upgrade, went through Telstra's 24x7 support consultants, who took me through the steps to fixing the problem. I was advised to go in store just to get my service back online, so I did. Got there and was flat out told no, and I quote "It was not possible, the consultant lied and I should ring the complaints line." Breeana, the peach, didn't bother taking my details or further looking into it; I was to call complaints, with a phone thats not connected with my provider, where is the logic!? Told her I cannot recieve or send text or calls, but still got the same reply. Went to another, non franchised Telstra store, and literally was sorted in less than 5 seconds. Even if your're desperate, don't go to the Beenleigh store. Get proper service from a real Telstra store.

Shirty service stood at the counter being ignored for 15 min only to be saved and halfway through my question she lost intrest and told me I had to be put in the queue, would of been OK if I was told a que existed in the firstplace they lost me

So impressed with service here, after trying to get answers through other support I went to the local store. Smart, efficient and friendly lass named Shae sorted out my rather complex issues, what an asset people like her are to any organisation. Well done Telstra Beenleigh and particularly Shae, you are a gem. Thank you! Noel
