Love where the counter has been moved too. The girls are always nice, but some items are really expensive. e.g. more 'gift wear' or christmas stuff...and fake greenery.

For art and craft supplies their list is almost endless, I am always leaving this shop with more ideas and with change in my pocket.
Have purchased a balloon the other day for my little ones bd. Was talled from the lady that a i can come back and blow it up any time later, just bringthe invoice, as it was paid! I drove all the way back today,just to be talled that I have to pay for it again!!! HOW RUDE IS THAT! You should really look in to you service education! Will never go to this place again!
I've been going to the store since it opened but unfortunately I won't be any more, staff turnover has become excessive.the way you are treated as a theif on entry. Constantly followed by untrained staff is not ok , especially when you are a regular customer who spends an obseen amount of money every time. Is it because I'm aboriginal? I will be happy to share my experience with the social media universe , according to social media I'm a public figure and more than happy to do something for our community.. Management need to train staff better as to make customers feel welcome and want to go back. Your store will no longer be any benefit to me as I based my experience on the way you are treated and it was terrible.
They have some great bargains.Good quality merchandise, well set out store and reasonable prices

Every time I buy a electronic product from there store it doesn't work and they refuse a refund or won't replace the product. I find this behaviour very in Australia rude
On 22/7/18 I bought a usb charger for $15. Went to return it 2 hours later, UNOPENED! to be told that there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE!
