If you're shopping for your pets, whether it’s a dog or a cat, I highly recommend Petbarn Mount Gravatt — they are truly the best. The staff are friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. When you’re at Petbarn doing your pet shopping, be sure to ask for Erin, Christopher, or Valerie. They go above and beyond to provide top-notch service — definitely a 10-star team!
Staff was very helpful and kind BUT, drove specifically to that store because on the website it said that was the only one that had stock of an item, they didn't but they got another store to hold it for us, and at the end they said they would give us a discount on the food we were buying for the mishap. Didn't even get a single cent discounted! Where's the discount? They were helpful, yes, but c'mon, don't say you'll give a discount when you don't?? I'm pissed!
Petbarn really are the best when it comes to buying supplies for my Lucycat. They have an excellent range of products at very reasonable competitive prices. The store at Mt Gravatt in Brisbane is very accessable and there is plenty of parking. The store is very clean and all the products are well displayed and easy to find. There are plenty of staff to assist who are always very friendly and helpful. I like the way by being a member you can get an even better price for your purchases and recieve $10 loyality vouchers after x amout of purchases. I also do buy on line with repeat purchases delivered and recieve even further discount. Though I do like to sometimes go to this Mt Gravatt branch because of the vast variety of stock on display compared with other competitor pet stores and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I can also catch a bus there if I need to and it is amongst a whole lot of other great shops at the Mt Gravatt Homemaker Shopping Centre. Yes, I definitely reccommend Petbarn for all your pet needs especially the shop at this Mt Gravatt shopping centre!.
Just called the store inquiring about the price match policy and was greeted by Chris. Not only was he friendly and pleasant and extremely enthusiastic about dog food, But he was able to answer questions that I put to him, and even give me advice for questions that I hadn’t asked, which I really should have!nnQuite possibly be most genuinely enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable person I could have had pick up the phone on the other end!
The staff are always helpful here and they always have exactly what I need! Big shout out to Juno for being a literal angel and assisting us with our new tropical fish tank and catching the exact ones we asked for hehe and fishies also Cody for listen to me be indecisive and yap for ages with no complaints
