Wish I could be more positive, however, it took me over 6 months before I got back a partial refund of the original purchase price for a BMW X5, I had purchased in January 2017. This was even after Riviera Motors had agreed to take back the car because of all its defects. Then for the next 5 months the dealer  had both ALL the monies AND the car. In desperation I finally lodged an appeal with QCAT to get back my refund. QCAT require compulsory mediation, and to effect early settlement (to avoid further stress) I accepted a lower amount. Thus the Dealer still managed to keep $1000 for his out of pocket expenses, and profit, for selling a car that
