Brilliant prices, fantastic service and very friendly staff. I picked up a great value deal and could not be happier. Barry is very straightforward , honest and knowledgeable. Car was in immaculate condition and the gift pack was a nice touch. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Bought my VW in December, while on the drive back my rear view mirror shaked violently, got to work and my license plate light was out (did not notice as it was the first time the auto night function kicked in), and before buying it was advised that the GPS NAV would be working - missing an infotainment card. I was told that the GPS card would be mailed to me ( waited for months while chasing them up consistently ). They have mailed a non compliant card, I will try to sort this out with Volkswagen; I've given up. When I returned the car so they could fix the bulb, they told me the rear view mirror needed a type of glue and instead of holding the vehicle for hours, I could sort it out and get reimbursed. After speaking with Obriens they advised me it was a faulty windscreen and needed to be replaced. Hundreds of dollars later, multiple calls and emails later, I got my reimbursement. Now the kick in the guts: 5 minutes ago I received a call from Bruce Lynton, I man that start with his name and said that it was a courtesy call about my car, I tried to tell him about the unresolved issue about the GPS and he replied quickly " thanks a lot for listening"and hung up. Avoid this place, spend a little extra and get a new car!

I didn't buy the car in the end. But they were very helpful and not too pushy, which I appreciated.
