Purchased our Jeep in 2012 and will never buy another based on the after sales service. Once they have your money they are not interested. The car itself no problems, can't say the same for the after sales service. Brought up an issue repeatedly when taking car for its services (always on time), to be told by the service guys they couldn't find any issue. Once it was out of warranty, the next service miraculously they found the issue and I was told would cost several hundred dollars to fix. Their service manager at the time was painful to deal with, I had to repeatedly call each week to get answers and a call back, over several months. She was trying to put in some sort of goodwill claim as we have always serviced at Jeep, car in perfect condition etc. It was refused twice, but took several months to even get any answers. Told to contact Jeep Head Office, not dealership, I did and was told dealership needed to lodge differently - just given the run around repeatedly. That service manager left, my issue was not passed on so again had to chase up response. Wanted to upgrade but won't purchase another based on their service alone. So disappointing.

Our experience at Gold Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge was first rate. From meeting Ashleigh in Service and the assistance she provided; Craig's assistance in selecting the vehicle; and Brad's assistance in securing finance. I've bought many new vehicles over the years and this was by far my most positive experience in taking delivery of a fantastic Jeep. Thanks to you all.

I have to agree with Tom Nelson, please consider buying a vehicle from the Frizelle Motor Group as they have become to big to care about customer service.

David & Tom I see that you also have received bad customer service from the Frizelle Motor Group. I think that they have become far too big to understand customer service as they now are chasing the $$$$. James Frizelle should be ashamed of the service that is being given on the dealerships that bare his name!

Waited around for 45mins and did not get 1 salesmen ask if I needed anything. Bet if they knew I am wanting the Jeep srt they would come running with all arms open. Sorry Southport Jeep you lose out.
