I recently purchased a car from Gold Coast BMW and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The whole team was fantastic, but Wilson in particular made the process really enjoyable. He made the experience fun, while also ensuring we felt completely confident in our decision. He took the time to answer every question and made sure we understood everything along the way.nWe visited quite a few dealerships while looking for the right car, and this experience was completely different to anything else we encountered. The level of service, professionalism and genuine care really stood out.nI absolutely love my new car. First up the i4 M50 sold itself as soon as we saw it.nWe travelled from the Sunshine Coast and the only person we dealt with at Gold Coast BMW was Wilson Smith.nWhat an easy to deal with and very nice young guy. It was our first electric BMW & he was very knowledgeable on the subject.nNegotiations were satisfactory and settled in a few minutes. Wilson has followed up on any queries that we have had after coming home.nIf the need arose again we would be asking for Wilson personally.nWe were also impressed with the Showroom and the amount of cars on the floor.
