Having purchased a car from James S recently my husband & i are happy to share our positive experience. Communication was easy, no games, James was upfront from the first call & the deal was done quickly. I am known for being very particular yet James made me feel my requests were no problem & he actioned everything we asked of him. He & the team members we interacted with were professional, friendly & helpful. We are just waiting on the call to say our new plates have arrived & we'll be back down to have them fitted. Great experience!

From the minute I walked into the Gold Coast BMW dealership I had nothing less then fantastic service, support and assistance. 
My experience was one in a million! All staff had a smile on their face and were willing to assist whenever I needed it which allowed me to have a very positive experience. 
Keep up the great work guys!

Received a letter today outlining recall of faulty Drivers and Passenger Airbag that when deployed will shoot metal fragments into occupants faces. When I contacted dealer they said BMW Group have no replacement stock until after Feb 2018. BMW Group expect owners to drive these vehicles fully aware that injury or death may occur if an accident happens and offer no alternatives. They said just don't drive the card until parts arrive. the service department commented that my cars is three years old and i should expect these things to happen. What a joke for a company that bangs on about how safe their cars are. I am happy to join a class action against these fools.

What a dealership!  Visiting to view the range of larger vehicle, I was impressed by all staff at the dealership.  The receptionists greeted me as soon as I entered the business and asked how they could help.  I explained I was 'just looking' for a 'bigger' car and the lovely lady took me straight to the sales department.  Customers were everywhere but the team still made me welcome.  Rebecca, the Delivery Coordinator, helped me get started and then when the sales team were free they helped.  I drove a couple of cars and fell in love with the X4 straight away.  I wanted white and they had one available so that was it - I bought it and couldn't be happier.  The Dealer Principal and Sales Manager came out to congratulate me and were there again when I came to pick up my car.  I have had my X4 for 2 weeks now and I love it, even menial tasks such as grocery shopping or taking the kids to school feels fun and exciting.  Thank you to everyone.
