Took my ute in for an inspection/regas. They were up front about extra cost and prompt. I was told to come back in 1 hour, I came back in 1 hour and my vehicle was done and ready, even though they were obviously busy when I arrived (late might I add, due to traffic) I'd recommend and certainly be going back! Thanks heaps!

After booking a Living Social Major Service Deal I read some reviews online which were very concerning. I decided to go ahead to support this local business as I know many people only bother to leave a review when they are unhappy. These guys did a great job. They fixed my car while i was across the road in a coffee shop. Called me to advise of the parts needed and charged me a fair price. After they called I actually went to another well known repair shop and got a quote for the parts needed and R & D Auto were actually cheaper. Just be polite and I'm sure these guys will look after you too. Also read the fine print on your coupon so you know what's covered and what NOT covered in your deal so you don't have any false expectations.

I went in for a roadworthy on my Corolla. The mechanic said it needed rear brakes, I said " How much will that cost?" He Quoted $40 and give him about 30 mins. I was very happy with this. I then took my new(second Hand) ute in for a service( Ford Ranger 3.2 Deisel) And once again was very happy with the price and the service I received. I found these guys on groupon and will be using them from now on. Leo - Benowa

Disappointing there's no 0 star, walked up to the car lot to inspect one of the cars. Ended up being the mechanics car so was moved on to the mechanic. Car lot staff were actually alright. Was told mechanic was coming so I waited and waited for over 20 mins. When the mechanic finally came out he was so drunk. He then proceeded to show me the car. I just asked him how the car was running as it didn't sound too healthy and because on carsales it said it had a blown head gasket. He told me it was running perfectly and although the advertised price on carsales was $1500 he then informed me it was $3500. When I questioned him on the price he said if you want it stop asking questions and its $3500 or ill just sell it to someone else. I then informed him I would come back with my mechanic to check it just for any major faults. He then told me to f''k off and blew his cigarette smoke on my face. Sorry for the length but honestly you really don't want a guy like this working on your car. Quite concerned as I had already had my car serviced by the same bloke but when I called a mobile mechanic I was informed no filters or oil had been changed which leads me to believe that my car was not serviced. Might be cheap but what's the point if he doesn't do anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend this shop. THEY ARE A MASSIVE SCAM, STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
