Got myself a Toyota GT86 with only 5000 KMs on it for a solid price. Turned up on the coastcoast minimal notice and they prepped it completely. Such a beautiful car and wonderful staff. Had to get some financing but they were fantastic at sorting out a solid and reasonable deal. I highly recommend these guys, completely trustworthy and professional with s strong focus on customer service!

My first experience with von Bibra when buying a used car was seem less great service, great staff in a well cultured business. A special mention to Reece Yates who did an amazing job for someone so fresh in this sales role, his demeanor and desire to please was very warming and refreshing, thanks Reece great job.

Super happy with the service I received at VonBibra Ferry road. Ellin was extremely helpful and sold me a car that I was so so happy with. Wasn’t pushy about anything and was understanding about all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend speaking to Ellin and the Von Bibra Ferry road team!

Charmaine was awesome ... product knowledge was great which is a rare thing these days for car dealers who mostly want to tell you about nonsense features that are meaningless or they tend to clearly fill in their knowledge gap with rubbish they make up or guess. Charmaine clearly was trained and delivered accurate product knowledge that was backed up by practical experiences by provided by Subaru which gave this dealership the edge over others. To me it’s the difference between a business you give your money to and a business you walk away from. The negotiations on trade in and price were actually enjoyable and not frustrating for a change .... everyone was friendly and kept it in great sprits which made a normally painful experience quite entertaining and pleasant. The business manager and finance side was as would be expected these days seamless and easy which is great. Charmaine and the dealer managed to adjust the delivery schedule to meet conflicting appointments we had which was greatly appreciated. A little bit of fluff and nonsense with the hand over of the car with all the bells and whistles.... for those of us that just want to sign, get the keys and be gone and who don’t want any fanfare about getting another car, perhaps and option to “opt out” would be appreciated. Also the meet and greet of the service manager is a bit over the top. If you can’t figure out how to get your car serviced then perhaps there’s a deeper issue not with the dealer. Subaru are an awesome car, awesome brand and the execution by this dealer matched the brand reputation which is great. Happy to drive the hour it take to the the car serviced at this dealer.
