From the first interaction to the the final handshake, Aaron has been nothing short than exceptional in helping my family get a new car. There was no sales push to buy anything but Aaron’s knowledge of the cars there, and his easy going attitude let us take our time until we found the car we wanted. Absolutely bad service from Von Bibra Ferry Road, Southport. My Outlander's boot cargo cover broke. I bought the vehicle in Jan 2016 and has 5yr warranty. I used the car perfectly. They said its not covered due to the age of the vehicle, maybe I put something heavy on it and I tried to fix it myself. Its only 22 months old. Never put anything heavy. I only tried to put it together as it was broken and didn't want to waste anyone's money. All this is to avoid fixing the issue. They are like any other big company (Insurance) and somehow get away with it. Always find a fault or excuse to not to pay or fix. All that lovely talk when you are buying a vehicle and beautiful ads on TV/Cinema is just a show. I have to call the service department after a week to know what's going on and they don't even care! This is the last time I am buying a Mitsubishi and going to Von Bibra. Avoid them at any cost.

The people who made me truly appreciate the impeccable service of my previous dealership and have single-handedly ensured I'll never purchase another Mitsubishi while I reside at this end of the Gold Coast. Or, for that matter, a Suzuki, Citreon, Peugeot...or essentially, any brand that would require servicing there as the closest dealership in under a 45min drive. It's been so long I can't recall the last time I had a service that worsened fuel economy and the drive experience. No mean feat when advanced diagnostics equipment interfaces with the onboard computer of your vehicle to simplify the process and engender significantly higher levels of precision than in the days of plugs, points and feeler gauges. They've quite ruined the sheet enjoyment I used to get from driving my car. Now every drive is an irritating reminder of a job done badly and worsened by the maddeningly bad customer interaction and problem solving skills of service management. A notable exception, and I give props to her for it, was the Customer Relations Manager, a very pleasant and personable woman who seems dedicated and sincere in her aim to improve the customer's experience. I wish her the very best success in her endeavours.
