Dropped my Car off in the morning without fuss and then caught the free courtesy bus. Customer service Lady at reception came outside to greet me and was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. She addressed my concerns I had and they serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. A much better experience than I had at another Dealer. Highly recommend.

First new car for me and the experience was amazing. Ashley Pledge at Southport Mazda added such a personal touch, and went out of his way to make the process run smoothly. I would highly recommend Mazda Southport and all their friendly staff.
Zero stars. The level of ineptitude of this place is nothing short of astounding. I don’t think the service centre has ever heard of best practice, continuity of communication, customer service or even the most rudimentary of business processes. I will never buy a Mazda again, based purely on the service experience of Southport Mazda. Do yourself a massive favour and save yourself years of frustration…. buy a Toyota from GMT on Ferry Road, where they know the value of the customer experience and won’t let you down, time and time again. Do better Southport Mazda.
Right from day one, the team at Mazda Southport helped me through the process of purchasing my new car. I would especially like to thank Ryland for making me feel right at home and confident in the team at Mazda. I love my new car and all the extra's. It's perfect They even put a ribbon on my new car and did a big reveal to my mum and I. It was so great Thanks everybody
I took my new cx-3 in for her first big service today and I was extremely happy with the service from all the staff, they helped me get to where I needed to be, having my car cleaned was a bonus too! I was also especially happy with my service consultant - can't remember his name but hopes he sees this! Thank you :
Very attentive to feedback. My last service request in Dec was pushed to end of Jan, a date when I was going overseas. If I forego, that's another month later. So had to trouble a friend to get the service done, and I left a feedback asking to send early notification if it was busy time. But today, Mazda texted my booking for the next service in November 2023..I feel heard. they give my Mazda a shower and vacuum too during the last service. Thank you, appreciate that. Will recommend Mazda Southport to everyone
After having an appalling experience at Frizelles' Mazda sister site in Robina where they tried to add another $2,000 onto our contract after we had agreed on a price for a new CX5, my partner and I tried their Southport site in the hope my partner and I would have a better experience. The customer service we received at Southport Mazda was second to none, with all staff greeting us and offering us refreshments throughout our time in the showroom. We dealt with Sales person Ashley Pledge, whom was fantastic. We told him the car/trim level my partner wanted at the price point she was happy with and within 10 minutes, we had a deal - not once were were pressured into anything, nor were there any attempts to rip us off when it came to the contract unlike Robina. Upon collection of the vehicle, we were once again greeted by staff members, offered refreshments whilst my partners personalised plates were taken off the trade in vehicle and placed on the new car. Ash thoroughly went through the features of my partners new car and assisted in taking photos before we drove away. If anyone is looking to buy a Mazda on the Gold Coast, steer clear of Robina and go to Southport and speak to Ash. Ash and the team there are a credit to the Frizelles Group and Southport Mazda unlike the Robina site, which were close to turning us off Mazda and to another brand.
I hate writing negative reviews, especially since initially my experience with Southport Mazda was great. I bought a BT50SP and loved dealing with the sales team. They were fantastic. I explained to them I moved away from Mitsubishi down the road because of their lack luster service center. One week later, my tail gate latch stopped working November. I called Mazda only to be told I had to wait for a booking in February 2023 So I essentially had a tailgate I couldn't use for 3 months! The whole reason I bought a Ute!. I let that go and managed to get them to have a look at it with it's 1000km service. They inspected it and told me the part would take time to get delivered and to expect a call within days to arrange a another booking. Again, I accepted this and hoped this wasn't going to be a repeat of Mitsubishi. The next day, I discovered they had now also disengaged the tonneau roller so now the whole tray was inaccessible. I had a Ute without the 'utility' factor. I wasn't impressed. One week later, I had to call them and remind them of the issue and that I needed this tail gate and tonneau fixed. They finally found the advisor who let them know they could 'fit' me in on the 18th of January. Maybe, just maybe, after the 18th I'll have full use of my brand new Ute for the first time in 3 months. I sure do hope so!
Don't buy a Mazda. I won't be. I need a slider bolt set for brake calipers. Mazda will only sell me the whole caliper for $365. You can buy the Slider Bolt set overseas for around $10.00 Au. The parts guy at Southport thought this was funny. This is manipulation of the market and absolute abuse of the customer. Refused to order a set for me. Talk about shocking after sales service.
