I have had the most outstanding customer service from the whole team at Volkswagon. Special mention to Bianca and Ryan for getting my new car to me quicker then expected. Everyone there is absolutely outstanding!!! Couldn’t be happier with my new purchase!!

Overall it was an excellent experience, from driving test to finally pick up our cars. We have to thank Bianca for her outstanding service and assistance. We have some problems during the process but Bianca solve out all the problems effectively. We appreciate her kind attitude and professional skills. Definitely advice our friends to choose Gold Coast Volkswagen next time, and specifically let them to talk with Bianca.

Exceptional service by the team in the Service department. Kirk is great to deal with and always happy to help. Big thanks to Damien and his team in the tyre shop for always perfect wheel alignment on my vw and audi cars.
