I had eye surgery here in Feb 2022. the process was very smooth it felt more like an appointment than surgery which I appreciated. the team was very well organised. I also appreciated them finding a private space as I was breastfeeding so I needed to express milk during my wait. They were very kind and found me an office I could do this in. Additionally I just phoned to get a receipt and the lady was so helpful and process a breeze. Excellent service with high regard for the patient!
Spoke with this morning with Kate in Admissions, for surgery on 23/2. I was blown away with Kate’s enthusiasm, her great customer skills, helpfulness and brilliant on- the phone-smile and interpersonal qualities. So refreshing and unusual these days! Well done PEH & Kate! ND
Did not expect to receive such amazing care for my pterygium surgery. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists, nurses and doctors provided such top notch service I forgot I was in a hospital and could have thought I was at a resort. Admission staff who I spent most time with did an amazing job with communicating what to expect with the surgery and how to reduce any anxiety. The manager of this hospital did a top notch job at hiring and training their staff, well done!

Could not fault them! Doctor Robert Paul is incredible. The staff are attentive, professional and genuine. The procedure I have had is life changing and I can't thank the Perth Eye Hospital enough! They actually care and they got the job done!
I am absolutely disappointed! My wife was refused permission to use waiting room toilet after long drive because she is UNVACCINATED. I am UNVACCINATED - allowed in because they made over $3000!!! $$3000$3000from me
I was delivering some items and the lady who was sent to collect them was very rude. I’ve been a delivery driver for few years never been treated like this.
So professional but also caring. Big thanks to Kate, Joan, Gando, Miake and Mathew. Absolutely recommend this hospital. May look small from the outside but their hearts are huge.
Can not say enough great things about the staff and doctors here, absolutely 1st class and it's fantastic to see again.
