If I could give negative reviews I would. Dad Spent two weeks as a private patient. The degree of impoliteness of staff from catering up was astonishing. Would not taking my dying dog there.nI had submitted a formal report but pretty sure was swept under carpet. DO NOT go if you value your loved ones or your integrity and life. Neglecting patients who had limited visitors was heartbreaking . When was discharged was placed in a storage room with oxygen capsule!!!!!! Whilst waiting To be picked up and we were paying for his room.
The care and support our mother received whilst at Attadale was first class. The doctors, nursing, physio, OT and admin staff were wonderful, always caring and good fun. The facilities were very good for both patients and visitors and the food quality very high. We’re very grateful for the support and high quality care.
The care from all staff was amazing. I was reluctant to go but so glad I did. The care from all the nursing staff, physio. OT and the kitchen staff would be hard pushed to fault. Thank you to all involved I am walking now without assistance which I was unable to do before. My gratitude is extended to all staff.
From the moment i arrived to the second I left i was extremely well looked after. The nurses and physio teams and OT were very knowledgable, professional, supportive, caring and friendly. Always smiling and making my painful stay more bearable. The food was exceptional, flavoursome, and the staff serving the meals were always happy and friendly. I cannot praise all the staff enough. Thankyou very much.
Attadale is a wonderful Rehab. Hospital. The staff are friendly, most of them always having a smile and a kind word. A couple of nurse could smile a bit more, but I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for having me.
