Attended hand clinic on several occasions after breaking wrist. Saw different staff each time, all fantastic. Sure its an old building but who cares if you get great care? Had to wait a while on one occasion only, as there was an emergency, again dont complain you will be seen by great people, chill, take something to read.
I would like to thank every staff member I had to converse with on Monday 22nd April. After being checked in I was told that I wouldn't be getting seen to until quite late in the day. I was checked upon quite regularly throughout the day by kind caring people. I didn't leave until nearly 7pm after being there from 6.30am. The staff were constantly checking my well being. When it came time to have my procedure done again every one I interacted with was kind and genuinely gave a damn. A lady named Amber was exceptionally kind but again everyone made me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you all so much.
I just had a hip replacement and have to commend every aspect of the service from this hospital. From the kindness and care of all the staff to the speed and efficiency of the entire process. I am so grateful to be living in a country with a world class health service that I will never take for granted. Thank you so much.
I had to have surgery on a wound on my arm on Wednesday 27th March in the hand clinic. From checking in at 8am right up to being picked up by my son at 14.45 to bring me home each member of staff who dealt with me was polite, caring and very professional. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience and I’m very grateful for the way I was looked after by each individual who dealt with me. Thanks very much
Old and run down building, staff seem good overall and free parking after 5pm.
