Ophthalmology department. If you book an appointment, make necessary arrangements to spend entire day and let go of any other appointments, picking kids from school etc. Appointment set for morning. It's been two and half hours no one to see. There are 20 odd people waiting. Not even a nurse/reception lady to talk to or vent. How could they book that many people when they obviously cannot cater to all of them? Are they gaming the system? If you book an appointment you come in 10-15 mins early. If each patient takes 10 minutes then there should be 6 patients for that hour and 3 for the immediate 1/2 hour before the appointment. how can there be 20 odd waiting while there is only one doc to see?nSomething fishy going on here.
The nurse was nice when she rubbed the crème on my groin. Also, the tablets tasted good and you could have as many as you want because they were free. They even had a special button to get the waitress. I loved it so much I want to spend my next holiday there. Thank you.
Don't go here. Read the reviews. Check which ones have replies.nThere is only 1-2 people in this entire building that actually care about others.nI've been coming/going here for over 2 years and after the last appointment where it was clear the doctors do not care to listen, and whatever is said to them is in one ear and out the other. To which they start raising their voice. Because someone that's not a doctor couldn't possibly do any research into medical effects/ side effects and prolonged usage. These are apparently things only known by doctors.
Today my disabled son had a dental procedure. Whilst I was very hesitant for him to go into the public health system after having 11 years in the private system, I couldn't fault any of our visit. The staff were professional and listened to me. They went out of their way to assist both my husband and I with the care of our son. Overall a very pleasant experience.
