contacted them to make a booking for the first time since my husband and I are new to the area. The centre has good reviews so I called to make an appointment. Receptionist, I think her name is Sandra has absolutely lack of customer service. I almost booked for an appointment but her phone manner is extremely poor and rude so I decided not to use this practice. I told her we've never been to the practice; how am I supposed to know whether there are no pathologists at your centre on the weekend. We had our blood tested on Saturday before and if it's such a big deal for you to do what you do and makes you sigh over the phone, quit your job. Receptionist isn't the right career for you. Giving one star so I can post this.

DR Win and reception staff on duty Friday when it was 42deg absolutley amazing! Even calling medicare for me. As an easily stressed person of which they wouldn't have known they made the process very easy and pleasant this was all while I was 10mins late! First time here and will return

The doctors know what they are doing. Very friendly, very happy. 110% recommend!
