Direct Endoscopy Bayswater

I have been going to Direct Endoscopy for 17 years. Every 2 years. From the receptionist to the drs and then to recovery all are professionally pleasant. 90 mins and your out. Appointments are required. Parking is pretty good as it's a drop off and pick up when your done. Disabled parking available. The place is neat well organised and runs efficiently. I like that over the 17 years the staff have been consistently the same.

Garbage service at Narre Warren. Rude receptionist, anethitist was just as bad, then they didn’t even send my results to my doctor. Oh, and good luck finding an email address to write to them about your service from them. I paid $200 for something I could have had done at a public hospital months ago.

It's amazing to think I went in for a day procedure and actually enjoyed the experience ! All the staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly reassuring and caring.
