Every part of the process was well done. Staff were all friendly and kind, they explained things well and I hardly waited, even in recovery. Whole process was 3 hrs.nnSpecial shout out to their accounting team who helped me on the same day with needing invoices and other assistance. Thanks!
Left alone in a cold waiting room with harsh lighting in a hospital gown for 45 minutes, after fasting for two days I was dehydrated and close to passing out on the floor. Gastroenterologist impersonal and looked very tired. The admin side was the worst, they refused to give me a cost estimate until I turned up on the day. I had to fill in the same forms so many times and they still got my details wrong. The gastroenterologist had to change the procedure but afterwards refused to give me any details of any changes in terms of the charges. This business is a cold and efficient money extraction machine more than it's a place for care.
The nurses Kristy and Ashley went above and beyond. They made the whole process a actually rather enjoyable. Thank you to there care and professionalism
Thank you to everyone at direct endoscopy Bayswater, I was scheduled for a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Being a first timer I felt very comfortable and at ease.nHighly recommend!
Absolutely brilliant. Processed quickly, seen by a pleasant and efficient surgeon, followed by a delightful anesthetist. The nursing staff couldn't be nicer: gentle, good humoured, with beautiful smiles. The recovery room was very well run, I felt that I was in the best of hands at all times.
