I had a terrific experience here yesterday. I came in with my mom for her bone density scan. We were greeted by a super friendly receptionist which I didn't get her name. Robert the technician was extremely helpful and kind. There was a language barrier between Robert and my mom she's Vietnamese, only been in Australia for a year, I couldn't help her when she was in the scanning room but Robert was very kind and patient, guided my mom through the whole process. Will definitely recommend this practice. 5 Stars, all day.
The team at Capital Knox were so helpful and accommodating. They fitted my wife in on the day even though they were heavily booked up and very busy. The technicians were so efficient and caring. The whole team are a real credit to your business and deserve some recognition. Well done all and thankyou!
They texted my parents number about my appointment. When I called to ask them why that happened they said they’ve had my file for a few years from back when I was a dependent. I asked them why they didn’t ask to update my details when I called to book the appointment the person on the line said they only reconfirm address first and last name, dob and Medicare numbers? Strange, if they have the time to ask all that surely they can spare another 2 seconds to reconfirm a mobile number..as it is the first point of contact..Especially if it’s an 8 year old file? Privacy was breached and the person on the line couldn’t seem to even care. I asked to add a new number, again didn’t even bother to go through my contact detail without me having to make sure as he would have just assumed the number I called from was mine. Wouldn’t have written this if there was a genuine apology.
I recently underwent an Ultrasound-guided procedure at Capital Radiology Knox on October 11th at 11:00 AM. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received from the ultrasound technician during my visit.nFrom the moment I arrived from the receptionist till the technician demonstrated a high level of professionalism and empathy. They took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had with patience and understanding. Their calm and reassuring demeanor helped to ease my anxiety significantly.nThroughout the procedure, the Female tech / nurse forget her nametechnician's expertise was evident. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing the best possible care was truly commendable.nI left Capital Radiology Knox feeling confident in the quality of care I received and grateful for the technician's exceptional skills and compassion. I had a fantastic experience here yesterday. The receptionist was friendly. The sonographer was also extremely friendly and respectful. They ran on time. The new facility was also nice.
