Great service - from the moment you walk in the door to reception you’re greeted with a smile - right throughout the procedure. Vinnie and the Doctors are great and take time to explain everything - even the images and how it works - fantastic experience
Recently needed an Ultrasound and a CT with contrast. Easy to make appointments via phone. Lots of parking l especially enjoyed the art prints which made it feel more warm and homely. Radiologists were both very professional and caring, explaining everything beforehand and giving me chance to ask questions. No rushing.
Vinny performed a CT guided epidural on me and really made the experience a calm and easy one. He explained what would happen, and was very personable. He calmed any nerves I had and it was a quick and painless experience!
I had a fantastic experience yesterday with the team in Knox! Every step was extremely efficient and I was treated with respect and friendliness the second I walked into the practice. I also feel really lucky to have met Vinnie who assisted with my procedure. He didn't have to give me the time of day, but I couldn't have felt more heard and understood. His professionalism, advice and guidance was priceless - I really hope he's aconoledged for this :
They dont answer the phone. Looks like its a common problem with this institution going by other reviews. Took my tests and scans to a radiology not too far from them for much better service.
