I am writing this review about my first visit to this clinic.nnI booked my first dating scan and came with my husband. When we arrived, we waited at the reception for more than 15 minutes while the receptionist was on a phone call with another customer. I understand calls can take time, but she did not even acknowledge us while we were waiting. She said sorry later, but it still felt unprofessional.nnThe doctor was very kind and professional. We were happy with the consultation.nnBut again at the billing, the receptionist was in a hurry and made a mistake in my name. When we asked to correct it, she looked unhappy and not friendly. She fixed it, but her attitude made us uncomfortable.nnOverall, we did not feel respected as patients. This was very disappointing, especially because it was an important moment for us.nnI hope the clinic can improve their reception service.
The experience was excellent, we were greeted by the sonograher who explained the procedure and the steps involved and indicated that he will explain everything on the CT image. Then entered the doctor who administered the anaesthetic followed by the gel injection it was over in minutes. The sonographer then explained everything and shared the procedure had a high success rate 97%. Left with a good understanding and thoroughly enjoyed the customer service experience.
I have now been to Capital Radiology Knox 4-5 times i guess. Love the way each time I had getting an appointment that suited me. Even twice walking in and them seeing me promptly. But of course always ph to check. Its modern ,clean, pleasant environment in the waiting room. No issues with parking. A short walk to the entrance.staff excellent and today the radiologist was caring polite and professional. So deserves 5 stars yes yes.
Lucinda is such a real jewel glowing throughout! I've had my best customer service experience with her so far among many others and she really makes a difference. She gives real-life Barbie vibes and I'm loving it! Would have given her 10 stars if I could! Thanks Lucinda!
5 star care from the time I walked in. Caring friendly nurse who relayed to me all she was preparing for the doctor to come. Happy relaxing interaction. Doctor arrived. Introducing himself. Instead of feeling nervous, I was relaxed and had whole faith in the procedure. In fact… the procedure was over before I knew it. Fabulous experience
