Needed a kidney Ultrasound and managed to get an appointment for the next day. From phone call to procedure all went smoothly. Even let me empty my full bladder after bladder scan so didn't have to wait till the end. Very friendly and professional and bulk billed for me.
Had an ultrasound with Pauline, who was excellent. She made me feel very safe and comfortable. She was professional, yet down to earth and explained each step in detail, which made me feel like I was in good hands. Painless, quick and thorough. Overall, receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. Very clean, spacious reception area. I'd definitely recommend this place if your GP refers you to capital. I travelled 25mins to this place, based on the high reviews. Other clinics had 2 stars. Other places make you feel like your just a number.
The calibre of service I received, from the appointment phone call through to post imaging, was nothing short of outstanding. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. The imaging staff were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and assuring.nnI was not the only one. While waiting for my scans, I noticed their care for every person who walked through the door.nnYou can’t go wrong with this team.
Very impressed with the service at Capital Radiology Knox I had to have three injections in my left knee over a six week period was made to feel very relaxed and great communication about the procedure very professional will soon be returning for the same procedure on my right knee quite looking forward to it. Top notch specialists! Both my GP & Physio commented on how much more detailed my recent CT report was from Capital Radiology Knox than my previous Lumus Imaging scan.nnHave had a few different types of imaging done at this facility, and has always been a quick and pleasant experience dealing with the FOH staff as well as the specialists. Certainly seems like a high-end and very well-equipped place to get all your imaging, couldn't recommend more
