Was needing a script filled for my daughters asthma preventer and was thinking of changing to this doctors as their surgery does have convenient hours for a single working parent. Receptionist and Doctor were polite. No problem there until I took the script to the chemist and the doctor had written non PBS so the chemist wanted to charge $84 for a $5 item on the PBS scheme. I called the doctors next day to ask for script to be rewritten with PBS discount, receptionist said she will speak with doctor and call back. 5 hours later and they did not so I called again, same thing occurred but she did call back and advised that the doctor said that if I want a PBS script then maybe I should visit my normal doctor.  Certainly will not be using this Doctor again.

The first time I visited Dr. Naghibzadeh I only went as my usual GP was fully booked. From then on I have visited him for all of my health concerns. He is the most amazing GP I have ever visited. He always takes time so that you don't feel rushed and he thoroughly helps you. I have never felt so supported by a GP, and would recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Great- hard to find a bulk billed doctor that actually cares and takes the time. I didn’t feel rushed the doctor listened to me, did his checks and made sure I was well informed about what he was diagnosing me with. Would definitely keep returning (but also hope I’m not gonna keep being sick that I need to go)

Very poor service. Dr is unhelpful and doesn't know basic medical information.
Was present when a patient in the waiting area became unwell. I had to assist as Dr was unsure of what to do. 
No confidence in his ability as a Dr.
Would not recommend

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Me and my family have had multiple negative experiences with the same doctor. One was that he misdiagnosed my fractured wrist... I had to beg him to refer me to the hospital for an X-ray. After going back to him with the report saying my wrist had multiple fractures he did not even apologise... very uncaring and dismissive of my concerns.
