I think they do a great job here. It’s a busy place and the doctors work very hard. They are fair and reasonable with their time. Dr Sidrak and Dr Roy have been the two I have traditionally seen and they are lovely people and excellent doctors.

Visited the doctors with a head cold, straight away the doctor just prescribed antibiotics and told me she couldn’t give me sick leave longer than that one day even though I explained I worked in aged care as a personal care worker and have missed work for four days to ensure I don’t spread my illness which is part of my care duty. Then when asked anything else I explained I had been feeling depressed for some time and needed professional help in the form of a mental health plan, which was hard enough to admit, and was told, coldly, “you’ll have to come back for that can’t do two things in one session”. Luckily I’m not suicidal because I felt like my doctor couldn’t care less about my mental health and the fact I was reaching out for help.

Wouldn't bother. Some Drs are helpful, staff friendly enough. Always minimum wait over 40min. Why bother making appointments?

Have seen Dr Indrani three times with my babies, because she tends to be the only Dr available on weekends and after hours. All three times she has referred us to the local hospital, where, after hours we are told they have a virus and are sent home. She seems unable or unwilling to treat children, and while appearing to err on the side of overly cautious, it just seems like she doesn't know what she is doing. Go to a more competent and confident Dr with your kids, or else you too will be spending hours in the ER.

On Monday I had an appointment with a "doctor" named Magd Takla to discuss my PTSD. He said that if I used marijuana to help treat the symptoms then I will undoubtedly get schizophrenia and commit suicide. He was very adamant about this. So I asked what he would suggest, he then told me that “I knew better than he did” and that I needed to go home and Google which antidepressants that I want, and then he would prescribe them to me. This clinic is great if you’re after nothing but a certificate for work, but they’re not the kind of doctors you would see if there is actually something wrong with you - for example, cancer.
