I'm so grateful I found this medical practice. Their professionalism and care for my leg injury was exemplary even though I was only a temporary resident in the eastern suburbs and not a regular patient. Unfortunately the hospital discharged me on my first visit with no further investigation. My conditioned worsened so my second visit to this practice a coule of days later, they arranged for an immediate scan at the radiologist next door so I could attend Emergency for the 2nd time that week with hard evidence. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were brilliant AND they bulk bill.
I Highly recomend this medical practice as all staff and doctors are very professional and always willing to assist doing the best they can to accomodate all your needs. Appointments are quick and always on time. The doctors are always understanding and will do everything possible to make you feel safe . Our family doctor, Dr Mark Francis is one of the best i had, he is always supportive and goes above and beyond to give the best possible health solution to almost enything. Thank you so much.
my absolute favourite doctor is here and his work is fantastic so caring and looks after all of our family. the reception staff are not overly supportive unfortunately! my 12 year old son had a fractured finger and was in pain. we had the x-ray results and we wanted him to have a look at them and help him as he was so uncomfortable! the reception said oh well all booked for 3 days !! that was the end of it .. no help at all. surely a child with a fracture could take priority!

Their website is misleading. Doesn't take new patients for skin check appointments. Couldn't even get an appointment later in the year. I suspect it is because they plan on stopping to bulk bill this service. Disappointing that the clinic can't just be upfront about it.
All the doctors , nurses , allied staff and reception staff are very professional and caring . Best medical clinic I been too , highly recommended
I am an elderly person who lives in the country and just recovering at my son's from my second operation in Melbourne. On both occasions Dr Tang treated me kindly and with concern when I needed to see a GP... I was attended so very well by everyone at the practice. So grateful my son found you.
Highly recommend this clinic for the entire family’s needs! Each doctor is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough - never judging or rushing your concerns. And of course, the reception team and nurses are always welcoming and proficient. Such a refreshing experience in comparison to the usual apprehensive visit to GP practices!
My teenager saw Dr Edward Nim who was professional, thorough and explained things well.
The entire team here is great. Dr. Ko is fantastic, never rushes you and really cares about everything that is going on in your life, not just the ailment you're seeing him for. He always recommends the best. Genuinely caring, thorough and welcoming clinic. Multiple services on site.
