Opening our doors in 1998, Knox Audiology continues to serve a broadening Melbourne
community.

Through hearing tests, diagnostic assessments including balance and tinnitus investigation, and hearing aid prescriptions, we optimise the hearing future of:

Did a quick and calm hearing test. Good place with friendly people.
Mum is 84 and a little forgetful. The doctor at Wantirna was incredibly patient and did everything possible to take care of mum. I would highly recommend this clinic
Two stars for friendly staff and good communication. However, I Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for toddlers or young children. The environment is not child friendly, it’s dark, run down and dreary. The audiologist lacks confidence, expression and engagement with kids. I watched my toddler become increasingly bored throughout the testing… and his results reflected this! after paying $100 out of pocket for testing that I don’t think is reliable, we have to go back for a second test. There seems to be a pattern, based on these reviews and Knox Audiology needs to do better with children.
We are absolutely thankful and pleased with Dr Luke services! He has been a very dedicated , caring and understanding audiologist to my mum. He is passionate about his work and I would strongly recommend him to anyone! Thank you Dr Luke for always showing your care and support towards my parents! Keep up your amazing work and thank you again for your dedication !
I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for children. The audiologist Judith called my two year old ‘demanding’ after she politely asked for a second stamp on her hand. She seemed genuinely frustrated testing my children who were tired but not screaming or causing any trouble. I should’ve just walked out as I didn’t like Judith’s demeanour toward me either.nnThe audiologist also complained that we booked in the afternoon and that kids should be booked in the morning. Reception knew the booking was for young children and didn’t mention anything about morning bookings when we made the appointment.nnI wrote a written complaint about our experience and haven’t heard back. It’s been a week. I am going to another clinic in a few weeks to retest as this place was a waste of time. I asked Knox Audiology to send through the reports but yet to receive.nn$180 total with the Medicare rebate. Wish I never spent it.nnUpdate: just got a call to process a refund. When I said I’m clearly not the first customer to have this experience and something needs to change, I was told ‘thanks for my feedback’ and was hung up on. Gross.nnUpdate: Jane rang me and apologised for our experience. She is aware of that her team member hung up on me and I was able to elaborate a bit on the experiences we’ve had at this clinic.
