Angry-A call with one of the reception lady I dont want to mention the name here for my last kindessraised my blood pressure as high as 180, nearly calling ambulance and ruined my whole day!!! My dad and daughter went to the playgroup room in the morning reception saw us and guide us there and my daughter already started to play for a while and in the middle of my session they came and gave us only oral notice that no session this week and telling us the room will not be available immediately. Why did the lady make me angry---n1. The lady doesn't want to take responsibility and keeps saying she is not responsible for playgroup and don't know what's happening.n2. She asked me to provide booking confirmation, and I provided. She still does not allow us to stay. But I can hear on the phone backgroud her colleagues saying we can stay if we have our booking sessions successfully.n2. Since the late notice/system issues on the centre side and I asked if she could keep the room open for another half hour until I finished work to pick them up in lunch time, she refused to do it.n3. NOT care about kids and old people. My daughter has shoulder fractures and is wearing slings. My dad doesn't speak English and doesn't drive. I feel like they are kicked out of the room and have no place to stay until I pick them.n4. However, another reception lady picked up the call later and act very differently to the first lady. -- she try to calm me down and explained to me carefully what's happening and why. And also agrees to allow them to stay in the room until I come to pick up when the session ends. I wished that first lady would learn from how to deal with this issue. A qualified reception shouldn't make the client more and more angry.
Our experience with this childcare center has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Our daughter suffered a severe injury during her time there, and we strongly suspect it was due to staff negligence. What's even more troubling is that we were never provided with a clear explanation for how this injury occurred.nnTo add to our frustration, the investigation into the incident didn't instill any confidence. The childcare center's explanation for the extent of our daughter's injury was far from satisfactory. We were left in the dark, feeling like our concerns were not taken seriously.nnThe financial and emotional toll of this incident has been immense for our family. We've spent a significant amount of money on medical bills, and to this date, not a single cent has been reimbursed by the childcare center. It's disheartening to see such a lack of responsibility and accountability.nnAs parents, our top priority is our child's safety and well-being, and it's disheartening to have experienced such a breach of trust and care. We hope that other parents will consider our experience when making decisions about childcare for their own children.nnRae Shi,nMom
Maternal child health. Super unprofessional. They gave my booking time to another person because they had a younger baby. Said they rescheduled with me yet i didnt receive a call or anything confirming to reschedule. But getting told to change facilities now since they are very booked out. My appointment has been the same time and date for 4 months until yesterday they rescheduled my time for a time i couldnt even make it without even calling me to see if it would suit. They are just messing around schedules without notifying you. Super unprofessional.
I am deeply disappointed by our experience at this childcare facility. Our daughter has suffered a serious dental injury in September while under their care. Shockingly, the incident report described it as a minor bump to the head due to sliding down a chair in sitting position, but when we picked her up, we discovered that her teeth had been knocked back intrusive luxation. What was even more concerning was that no one could provide a satisfactory explanation of how this happened.nnWe immediately took Olivia to the dentist, who confirmed the severity of the injury and expressed concern about potential permanent damage to her future adult teeth, as well as dismissing the explaination given by the childcare. It was a devastating situation, and we expected the childcare center to provide us with a proper explanation.nnHowever, it's been almost 3 months since the incident, after numerous exchange of emails, we still have no idea what exactly went down on the day. We are also told by them repeatedly not to disclose any investigation result to third party.nnTo make matters worse, not a single cent of Olivia's medical bills has ever been covered.nnFurthermore, it's disheartening to note that they have never once proactively offered any assistance or proposed solutions. Instead, they have repeatedly delayed addressing our concerns, leaving us in a state of uncertainty. Despite my persistent inquiries, they have continued to evade taking any meaningful action. This lack of responsiveness and accountability only adds to the frustration and disappointment we have experienced throughout this ordeal.nnI would strongly advise anyone considering this childcare facility to think twice and look elsewhere for a safer environment for their children.
