Fantastic staff and usually don't need to wait long. Vets are very thorough. Long opening hours for appointments. Lots of parking and a little bit of grass for the dogs to visit before going in. Reminders are sent to remind you when vaccinations are due which is very convenient. Pricing is pretty standard. Animal scales placed through first door so remember to pop your pet on them on the way in.

We have been going to the Boronia Veterinary Clinic now for 15 years. The staff are always friendly & compassionate at all times which makes the visit an enjoyable one, especially when our beloved dogs aren't well. We have been seeing Dr Dan Tung for the last 12yrs and have complete faith in him as he is truly the most outstanding vet we have had for our family dogs over their lifetime. He is caring, loving, competent , clinically the BEST and brightest and goes beyond being a vet. Having recently moved we are visiting and interviewing vets because no one can measure up to the high standards of care we receive from Dan and the staff at Boronia Vet Clinic. We've decided we will travel the 2 hour drive to Boronia Vet simply because we feel peace of mind knowing they have our fury kids best interest at heart. Our dogs had medical issues necessitating advanced clinical services, surgery and diagnostic testing which Boronia Vet were more than capable in handling. Their fees have always been very reasonable and we have never had anyone try to upsell. The vets and staff at Boronia are always professional and have provided the best care and service to us . We recommend Boronia Vet Clinic as the best of the best .In 15 years and counting we have always received exceptional clinical care and compassionate service . We can't thank you enough Dan and all the staff for caring for our furry family members & us.

I couldn't speak more highly of Boronia Vet. Our family dog Ollie has been going to Boronia since he was a puppy. The staff are highly professional and always willing to take the time to explain daily care and procedures thoroughly so we can understand. Ollie is a spoilt and much loved member of the family and we believe he only deserves the best in life. The facilities at Boronia are to the highest standard and it is easy to see they continue to invest in their patient care. Very grateful, thank you!

We have been taking our dog, Daisy, here the past year due to several allergy issues that keep coming back. Each time, we have found the place clean and orderly, and the staff friendly. Extra thanks goes to Dr Dan Tung, who has been so gentle with Daisy. He explains everything clearly and always discusses with us future prevention plans even before her infections keep coming back. I can't recommend this place highly enough!! Thanks Boronia Vet team, keep up the good work!!

My pup Robbie came here for 12 years. In recent times he has been seeing Dr Stephen, who was compassionate, kind and warm to my parents during a particular rough patch for Robbie. Yesterday we made the sad decision to put him down. Due to circumstances outside the clinics control, we had to wait in the vet's room for 35 minutes, as our poor Robbie wheezed and vomited and was in immense pain. Dr Ana was extremely rude, cold, with seemingly ZERO idea how to act around people, let alone people grieving the loss of their pet. She played with his eyes after he had passed. I felt uncomfortable leaving him with her. The whole situation was extremely traumatic, and Dr Ana needs training on how to be a compassionate person. **Edited to add - the manager called my mother and apologise profusely. It doesn't take back how everything happened, but it has given my mother some much-needed closure and was deeply appreciated by my family, so thank you very much for this.
