The Boronia Veterinary Clinic and Hospital has been caring for local pets for over 45 years. Through the support of our pet owners, we have grown to become one of the largest companion animal practices in Australia.

We are very fortunate that with 17 caring vets and 23 dedicated nurses, we are able to provide a very diverse range of expertise . All of the vets still develop strong one on one relationships with our patient's owners especially if they have ongoing medical problems.

Our core philosophy is to provide the broadest range of choices for our clients, whilst always recognising that the "correct" test or procedure, does not have to be the most sophisticated one available.

The team at Boronia Vet Clinic are absolutely amazing! Warm and caring, I've always felt valued and listened to over the years with my various pets.nSadly, we had our gorgeous old boy Dash put to sleep there last week. At a time where you question yourself and feel guilt, Jamila and the team are incredibly empathetic and validating. Dash had a peaceful passing and we never felt rushed during the experience. Jamila explained exactly how it would happen so we were never left guessing.nCan't recommend this vet practice highly enough.nThank you
I am so glad we have found Boronia Vet Clinic and Hospital, I wish I found them sooner.nnThe staff at Boronia vet are caring and friendly, the vet team are professional, caring and empathic.nnWe have 7 rescue cats and a dog, all of our fur babies are seeing Gianne, she's amazing, all of our fur babies love her. Gianne is very caring and patience, she's also very smart and switch on with the diagnosis, she's very informative and gives great advice, I am extremely grateful for everything she does for my babies. All of my pets received the best vet care and adviced from Gianne and the vet team.nnBoronia Vet open 7 days a week, they have a team of experienced vets working on site which is very important for me, I highly recommended to Boronia Vet to anyone, thank you everyone at Boronia Vet
We cannot thank Boronia Veterinary clinic and Hospital enough. It was time to say goodbye to our beloved 21 year old cat Bella, a beautiful family member.nFrom our first conversation, the lovely team were empathetic to our heart breaking decision. On our arrival, we spent valuable time outside with our girl until the vet called us in and straight into a room.nWe were not rushed, we spent our last precious moments with her as she went to sleep in our arms. Our vet Dan was kind, compassionate and respectful, as was the nurse.nWhen the time was right, we were quietly ushered out the back door. Thank you team, we highly appreciate and recommend you for all our beautiful pets and other creatures.
Money hungry vets.nMy cat was very sick and had to go in numerous times in one week where he was looked over very quickly, had urine and blood tests and fluids given to him, antibiotics, and anti nausea needles and had to check his temperature 3 days in a row paying 200 each day, then finally being told hospitalisation was recommended.nAnd they also said he needed some sort of powder in his food when HE WASN’T EATING OR DRINKING.nSo spending 700 or so within a few days plus he had been in a couple of weeks earlier to have his ear looked at.nI couldn’t afford the 1200 intake fee which they demanded be paid before even bringing him in- plus 500 plus cost of medications PER NIGHT. In one payment.nthe would not agree to a payment plan.nnI had to put my cat down with the heaviest of hearts as he could not no longer walk, eat or drink water.nThese vets have no empathy, only want money, not to treat sick animals.nThey should be so very ashamed of themselves.nGo to a vet who actually cares for your animal not who want only money.nI lost my best friend because the vets didn’t want to do their job, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him and honestly didn’t even try.nDo not recommend.nPlease see a vet who will help your friend because these barely gave me or my sweet boy the time of day.nI’ll never forgive them.nRIP SNOOTCHIE.
