Without coming to rehabilitation I know I would have ended up in a wheelchair. I have been treated respectfully with excellent care from all the practitioners here. Everyone is lovely from Kaitlin at reception to the physio staff. The positive attitudes inspire me to do my exercises at home. Also a nice social outing doing exercises in a group. I would recommend this program to others.

After spending 10 weeks in hospital, 5 in Epworth and 5 in MEPH, I'm very excited to be discharged back home tomorrow. During my stay, I experienced many fun times with the rehab staff and met several students who will make dedicated nurses in the future. Enjoy the photos!

I have just completed 10 weeks of Cardiac rehabilitation at MEPRH.  My twice weekly sessions of both gym and hydrotherapy have been fantastic.  Bronte and Liam, the physiotherapists have been really encouraging as I have worked through a strength and cardio programme, gradually increasing the level of difficulty.  Other staff, including the allied health assistants, doctor, cardiac nurse and Kaitlin at reception have also been very professional and supportive.  Initially I didn’t think I could manage two hours of exercise, but I was wrong, and the sessions just flew by, and I felt fantastic at the end of each one!   Thank you all so very much, you are a great Team!

The rehab department at The Melbourne Eastern Private Hospital have been great. I have been attending the hospital as an outpatient for about 5-6 weeks after a knee replacement.  The staff are very professional and friendly. They take the time to put you through the paces and at at the same time share a laugh or two. Katelyn on reception always has a smile and is a very good organiser, Bronte, Liam, and all the rehab staff, whether doing gym or pool, are very professional and friendly.  The gym is well equipped with all the equipment needed for rehabilitation purposes. In summary, after a session l come away sore and tired but satisfied and l am a little bit better than when l walked in.

I've been doing outpatient rehab for 2 months. Bronte, Liam and co have been fantastic guiding and encouraging me through. It has been wonderful seeing my progress and I'm very grateful I've had the chance to do the program.nA thankyou shoutout to the ever helpful Kaitlin on the desk too.
