I was at patient here for three weeks as part of my recovery from a major heart attack. The accomodation, facilities and general atmosphere was certainly above the standard I expected.  The food  was varied, tasty and very welcome and the friendly service most appreciated.nHowever, the “super power” here is the quality of the staff team.  The medical care given was skilled, and more importantly, given by compassionate and empathetic health professionals.nThe physiotherapists were enthusiastic, caring and knowledgeable and give outstanding support to their patients.nnHighly recommended!nAndy Callow

Rehab trainers were great and professional but management was inconsiderate of patients needs. Have to constantly remind management to restock towels for hydrotherapy. When patient has already agreed to the pre plan schedule for therapy physio then hydro, they would at times swap over the schedule for their convenience without consent from patient.nnOverheard a conversation of a supervisor telling a patient who has voiced their dissatisfaction of the swap, the supervisor advised the patient to go for another rehab instead. Hearing this, I informed front office that I do not agree to the swap and would like to withdraw from the program, the office manager simply agreed to my withdrawal for the upcoming therapy sessions without trying to provide an alternative solution.

Thank you for the excellent service while I had my stay in Rehab.nEvery body from cleaners,kitchen staff,Nurses,Doctors every body made my stay fantastic.nRegard Ian Atkinson

It is my pleasure to write a review for Melbourne Eastern Private Hospital, where the focus is on the patient, giving you time to heal. The hospital staff are very skilled and professional. They support and encourage you on your journey to recovery.nnMy journey began 6 years ago after some time in hospital I requested to be a patient at Melbourne Rehab. I found the staff to be highly skilled and very experienced from Doctors, nurses, management, physio therapy and the rest of the team. The holistic program is about treating the whole person and their quality of life.nnTo everyone involved in my healing journey I thank you, with a very special thank you to Harneet, Suman, Helen and Linda for your love and caring.

What a wonderful experience I had with a bunch of Nurses who has  kind heart towards patientsnI finished my placement / training as a student nurse from skillful nurses those who are pouring their time and energy. They are so caring and taught me a lot more than I expected  I really appreciate Suman khowaja clinical service manager she has a great leadership qualities I like the way she dealing with patients,  staff ,families and students and  she provided us good environment for learning new skills and always motivated us to do best .nA healing place and everyone comes feel the love & kindness, All the staff members have so much love for everyone !! Thank you for providing me a good learning experience .  During placements all the patients  were very happy with the hospital’s nurses and management .
