After getting a quote by phone for new tyres (apparently a miscommunication) of $85 per tyre, was eventually charged $105 per tyre then extra for a balance and alignment . Total bill was way over what was expected. Won’t be going back

Where to begin...... These guys have the best customer service i have ever come across, they care about their customers and explained everything that they were doing to my car to me and out laid a rough cost before even working on my car. My car is a top of the live golf R32 and even though parts could be expensive there was never any hidden costs or nasty surprises from these guys. I used to live out that way sadly i have moved more into Brisbane but no matter i will still be driving the 40 minutes to get my car serviced from these guys purely based on their customer service and the care they put into their work. The work they do is always outstanding and never had any issues. The manager there Michael is a top fella and has always fitted me in no matter on the time of day or the service in which i needed doing. If i could give more then 5 stars i defiantly would. I have and will continue to recommend these guys to everyone i know. Hope you guys see this Cheers Kane

Booked my car in, left my second car key there. Rang them and asked them if they could possibly drop them to me about two minutes down the road, no, fully booked and no time at all. Went in to get keys and asked how long a wait if they were busy, no not busy at all. Yeah thanks mate. Full service, noise it was making was nothing. $200 bucks later, and I'm out the door and on my way. Get on the gateway and my car breaks down and it costs me a grand to fix because all the hoses are deteriorated. They couldn't see this on the service? Lazy, useless and will never be back.
