Favourite jewellery shop for a classic gift for mum. great range of Pandora Charms available and staff who have an extensive range of knowledge on these charms. Have never been let down by the ladies here!

went yesterday and the blonde hair lady who served me was very rude, never smiled at me nor did she assist me properly in my search for a good charm instead it seemed to me it was a hassle when i asked to look at cheaper charms and when she told me it was $49 i explained i had a reward thing where i could buy something worth $44 and not pay anything unless higher and i would pay the difference, she didn't listen and was very rude when telling me it was $49 and i handed her $20 to pay the $5 difference luckily the other lady working checked my loyalty card and noted that i was indeed correct and that i should only pay the $5. i will never be shopping there again from this experience but i like to thank the other lady (black hair) who was working there for smiling at me, wishing me a good day and being of more assistance then the blonde hair lady

Victoria Point Store is the Friendliest Jewellery Store I have ever Been too. The staff are so friendly and helpful.They are so good at showing what you are interested in and also have great ideas. Thank You Ladies. Sincerely Fiona Thomas
