Always been a lovely store too visit, staff are kind and easy going and always willing to help with any questions you have, store is set up great, especially with the new extension that happened last year. 10/10

I had to return a set of pj's as they were the wrong size. They did not have the right size but the effort they went to was outstanding. Even looking up my receipt for me. I finally had to go to another store to get correct size but all done by the store manager with a smile and not a bother. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Enquired about a set of Xbox wireless headset and they were out of stock, no issue yet  ..however they couldn't be bothered finding out when new stock might be available. I guess they don't care about customers so I went online and ordered a set. Will have them in 3 days. I wanted to support a local shop but they don't want to support their customers.

The lovely female at the counter really did good job  trying to help me find a toy for a six year olds birthday present.

This is one of the few stores where I love to get out my green customer loyalty card. My kids and I love it in here so we shop here often. The Victoria Point store always has something new and interesting to check out, and in an era when digital video games are the norm, there is plenty of related merch in this store to keep us coming back. The staff are friendly and non-judgmental, always keen to help and chat about the games that interest us.

I LOOOOOVVVEEEE it! I am a loyal customer and I will get whatever I think I would like. They sell a variety of games on all different platforms. Minecrafters can get the book and game there. They can get GTA there. They can get the Batman Arkham series there. Im into these games they are called Arkham Origins, Arkham Asylum and Origins But its been heard that a new game is coming out 2015!!! Batman Arkham Knight!!! So Im saving up to buy it!
