I had the most terrible service at Vodafone Victoria Point that I have ever experienced when updating mobile phone. The service was rushed ,nothing explained- it was like " Here's your phone, this is going to cost you $? per month, now go!" Was handed some ear plugs things, told they were complimentary well that is why he said Now find they are costing me $7.74 per month and I don't want or need them I am just so very sorry I have stayed with Vodafone but now locked into a contract I did not get time to consider.
Victoria Point, QLD is lucky to have a great Vodaphone store. With some employees who understand the meaning of service I had a sim locked Samsung that I was putting back into service, on another network. Because it was a phone purchased through the now defunct 3-Network, it could not be unlocked online, or over the phone. I took it into the Victoria Point shop and the wonderful young lady quickly got me an unlock code and a reset code. I sat down with a cup of coffee and could not get the unlock code to work. Desperate I took it back to the young lady and asked for help. She and a young fellow spent about 10 minutes on the computer I assured them that if the phone was totally locked I would not blame them and got it all set up for me. I offered to buy them a cup of coffee, they said no. I said if you don't like coffee I could get you something else. They said no. I mentioned that they went over a above the required service, and I wanted to show my appreciation. They replied that service is what they were there for. Thank you Vodaphone for hiring people like this. I wish I got their names but it happened at about 1:00 to 2:30 pm on Monday 24-9-18. It appeared that they were the only 2 in the shop.
I can fully recommend the team at Vodafone Victoria point especially Jesse and Andy. Great service as always got a great phone on an excellent plan.
Had to wait with kids as they put on a screen protector took way too long but where very helpful answered my questions
Pretty hopeless staff the ones that I encounted.. took forever, no acknowledgement of anyone waiting either. I'd drive to Capalaba to get better customer service
