All of the staff were lovely and very helpful. They helped me to find the perfect present for the best price. I love the range of jewellery and I will definitely be shopping here again.
My partner and I went in to look at Weddings Bands. No staff really paid any attention to us as we walked into the store and we had to go up to a salesperson to ask for help with what we were looking for. My partner asked to look at a ring and the sales person acted as if it was such a chore that we were doing so. She was not eager to show us any rings or suggest to us any alternatives as they did not have any in his size. When I chose one I liked and asked to try it on she simply said “I would not wear those together” and again was hesitant to help us out. Both of us decided to leave, feeling quiet deflated as we were looking to purchase something today. I was very disappointed with the service we received today

If I could put minus stars for the Victoria Point Store I would. My husband bought me a beautiful ring for my birthday. He had to have it re seized and went to pay for it today as agreed and the stupid girl who took the order "forgot" to put it in for the resize. Baring in mind we don't have a lot of money and this was a real big thing for my husband to do for me, disappointed comes nowhere near to how I am feeling right now. We have previously bought items from Prods and have been pleased with the quality but this is totally unacceptable and it has upset my day greatly. Proud's offered my husband a 3 year care plan and a free re size. Huh? If I wanted a care plan, I would have asked for one and "free" ring size? they didn't do the last bloody one. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
Absolutely dissapointed. I went in to get my husbands chain fixed. Next thing you know it. I realise they stuffed up the chain. I asked for a locker and they didnt even put one on. They made me pay for a necklace that wouldnt even lock. $50 for no lock just a necklace with two peices of of nothing. Then i find out a few days ago they didnt even put the right material on and it turned black. How pathetic and unintelligent.
Got a lovely ring there. Lots of nice jewellery to select from. I like too much!
Friendly staff and a good selection of items. Some watched are very overpriced.
Not bad but not great either. Pretty much your average Prouds.
