We had occasion to order 100 customised mugs for our bowls organisation this week.nWe must praise Hannah who went above & beyond to help us all she could to organise this.nKmart only had 15 plain mugs in stock & Hannah sourced & organised another 85 mugs for us within a couple of days so that our order could be completed.nWhat a great service from our local Victoria Point Kmart & Hannah. Thank you
Absolutely disgusting how i was spoken to by management staff Abbey today.nNot the first time this particular manager has spoken to me with disrespect.nI have also witnessed on many occasions the way she speaks to other customers and even her own staff. I will be emailing to higher management details of these experiences.
Sorry had to give a 1 Star, it is as low as Kmart will accept. I was real quick at the cag registers. There was no one on the the check outs. I left my potential purchases on the bench and left the store.
3/4/25 A lady managing the busy checkouts went above & beyond to help me with my card issue then directed me to a young girl at the service desk to hold my purchases until resolved, this young lady at the service desk excelled with her customer service solving my card issue, enabling me to purchase my items leaving the store with a positive outcome. Many thanks to both of you
