Great service, the staff are friendly and helpful. My clock was unfixable, but the guy can't remember his name, maybe Patrick? tried his best and offered very helpful advice, all for free. Highly recommend this place and always get my watch batteries done here.
The guy with the shaved head went above and beyond with his customer service today, he helped me with my remote with soldering new buttons on, replacing the battery and a brand new shell all for $69.95. Everywhere else tried to sell me a $200 remote where as he suggested to save me money he can fix it. I have recommended this guy to all my friends and wouldn't go anywhere else Good work mate
I see others have been saying they think they are ‘smart arses’, in this case I would have to agree. He had two attempts at cutting keys for me, none would work. No apology, no nothing. This guy needs to take a lesson in customer service. The price was expensive also. Mister Minute is not worth a minute of your time - steer clear.
I was looking at the dog tags to get engraved and the guy with the man bun said to the other guy “bet you don’t miss that noise” which I found rude considering I was a customer willing to buy one but had to go through them to see what tag I liked. But silly me let it go and continued to ask how much it is for each letter to be engraved, the guy looked at me confused and then looked at the other guy and laughed saying “it’s 5 charchters for $16.95” I then asked so do you know how much it would cost roughly for a sentence. He then said “geez well it would obviously depend on how many characters you would get” in such a sarcastic rude tone. I felt nothing but embrassed and angry walk-in away from the shop, that they could treat there customers the way they did when it was my first time ever even approaching the store. I was not reccomwnded to them because some people have told me how rude they are but I still gave them a shot. And I wish I never did. Absolute jerks of people and should be ashamed of themselves l!!!!
Went today to get a watch battery, gasket changed and pressure tested. Had everything in stock took under 15mins and cheaper than I could of done myself. Served by Dale I think who was very professional and friendly. Thanks, I will back next time!
I arrived at 8.58 in the morning just before opening. While he was cleaning benches I helped by taking the chair off the counter for a lady to sit on who was waiting. The guy turned around and asked who took the chair off and that it was annoying because people would think he was open. I then replaced the chair on the counter and advised I'd never be back. Worst customer service I have ever seen and just a smart ass. Don't go to this guy, I actually drove 20km just to go somewhere else.
I was scanning through reviews as my partner had told me how rude and expensive they were and noticed another customer explain that engraving was $16.95 for 5 characters my parter had to pay $20.95 for 3 it wasnt neat either . This is a bad business practice and I think it’s giving mister minit as whole a bad name . As a business owner myself I know customer satisfaction is a first .
