Disgusting customer service. I asked the young girl serving me if I could exchange a royal donut for a cheaper one (was claiming free donuts from the app) she rudely said no and proceeded to give me so much attitude as I was making my selection. When I asked for a bag it was like the end of the world, she gave me the donuts without saying anything to me. Then when I had gotten home a discovered she had redeemed more donuts off my phone than what I actually claimed!! If you can't treat customers better, don't go to work! Won't be back to this store!!

Customer service is poor and staff don't know how to multitask. Three staff on hire, two customers waiting, zero service to either of us. I was willing to pay all the money for an overpriced donut up until that point.
