Don't bother - I'm going back to JB. Phone engage for hours on a Thursday night and when you do get through you get put on hold and they don't come back. I can hear the conversations about what the staff are doing on the weekend. Hang up after 10 mins, redial and same thing happens. Hire some professionals.

Purchased hundreds of dollars worth of dvds in september 2015, but it was such a struggle for the big obese woman working there to find the disks. Let me clarify: she made it quite clear she did not want to do it. When she did procure the disks and inserted them into the cases, she smashed said dvds onto the counter. Disgusting behavior from your workers there, and will not be returning anytime soon to be treated with such disregard, or your product that you sell gets thrown around the shop.

I'm sick of buying season DVDs from here to go hone and watch them then find out they were all put in the wrong orders watched the last disc first on mist seasons I've bought from here because they put them in the wrong order
