an interesting computer shop for young and old. the advice was great and the prices are fair. even as a layman one became reasonable and well advised. You really only got what you really wanted. great offers. The specialty shop is located in the shopping mall and is wheelchair accessible. Parking is right outside the door. from me full 5 stars

Very disappointed at the attitude of a chap named Brock. I rang in to see if I could get some advice as to what was the speaker on an electronics board I have removed from my fridge if I brought it in, so that I could disable it. He said, and I quote “ That will cost you $49.95”. I objected saying I wasn’t going to pay $50 for a technician to point out a speaker on a board so that I could disable it .... he rudely said “Sorry mate we can’t help you!” And hung up! I was so frustrated at his attitude that I am simply not going to let it pass unnoticed! This person needs guidance and attitude adjustment seriously, he isn’t doing the business any favours, with the nett result of me now telling my very wide circle of friends and associates of this stupid, silly and pointless experience, and to avoid the same. Brock ... you and your colleagues, whilst you can be proud of the knowledge and expertise you have gained in electronics ... are not brain surgeons! It would have cost you ten seconds of your time to do a good thing, something I’d have been happy to part with ten bucks for ... but lad you sure as hell are not worth $5 per second in anyone’s language! Get some help in customer relations management ... you need it!
