I was extremely happy with the service when I upgraded my phone, the sales consultant was exceptionally helpful. Everything was perfect until I got my first bill and there was an extra $95 on there! At first I thought it was just an error and paid what I was told my bill would be by the sales consultant. Yes I checked and re-checked the bill amount with him several times. Now I am getting phone calls from the Telstra call centre every 15 minutes right up until 9 pm demanding payment. Not sure what's worse, the mystery $95 or the harassing phone calls. Pretty disgusted by both!

Excellent service, and communication. Nick who served me was very professional and understood what we needed and offered plans to suit us. I will be going back to this store next time I need something from Telstra. Robyn

Terrible service. Moved from Optus to Telstra and now have no phone and no internet. manager of the store says it's not their problem and to phone telstra!
