went to coffee club victoria point yesterday had coffee and lunch had toasted ham cheese tomato sandwich by the time i got it it was cold the chips that came with it were cold and they looked like they came from the bottom of the barrel not impressed will go some were else from now on and the toasted sandwich looked like it was just thrown on the plate not happy

My husband and i ordered breakfast this morning bacon and egg bagels...after 40 minutes of waiting my husband went and enquired why we hadn't received our order, when others that ordered after us had received theirs. Being an insulin dependant diabetic his blood sugar fell quite low. During his enquiry he asked where our order was and said to the cook that his blood sugar was "f" low and that he needed to have food. He was told that our order had been given to someone else. She was going to commence cooking straight away but his blood sugar level was too low to wait, so we requested a refund and then went elsewhere to get so ething sweet. There was no apology for the mix up but instead was chastised for using the "f" word. Diabetics who are very low on sugar level have little control over their emotions and the "f" word would not have been used in normal circumstances. We are extremely dissapointed with the sunday staff and service. This is the 2nd time we have had poor service on a sunday.

I love the coffee club so imagine my disappointment when I took my teen to lunch there. First off my crispy skin chicken burger came out. Raw. So politely took it back after all we all make mistakes. But then my daughters calamari was tasteless, and they could not cater with lactose free milk (never had that happen) and to make matters worse I heard the kitchen loudly say "here is that burger for that person who whinged". Really if I got salmonella from your food a whole lot of hurt would come your way. The waitress was lovely but the second burger inedible too. Bun was soggy and tasteless the salad boring. A regretful choice for lunch. No client is ever a whinge

They do a really good full breakfast, been a while since I've been in the area but will definitely visit again!

Good service, great food and reasonable prices. I had the zucchini and corn fritters with bacon and relish, delicious and the perfect sized meal, i did add a hash brown because they are so scrumptious. Yes I would recommend coffee club.
