Went into optus store today, Jake greeted me with a smile.  Fist time in many moons I have had a store assistant listen to my reason for calling in without interrupting or over talking me.  He soon had my little problem sorted and I went off with a spring in my step  THANK YOU  JAKE

Bought a faulty phone straight out of the box.
I run a business and I must say the action taken was prompt .
Thanks champ and optus needs to step up their consumer rights and educate their staff.
Nothing but phrase for the manager . I will be purchasing a lot more products for my business. And I encourage locals .

Staff members were highly motivated and attentive to help with any enquirers regarding phones.
