Had a bad experience today at Wendy's Victoria point. The owner was extremely rude. She didn't have to speak to me the way she did. Maybe she was having a bad day, still no excuse to behave totally unprofessional. She's lost my business forever. Cold rock and Baskin and Robins will be where I spend my money from now on and I'll spread the word too. Customer service at its worst!
