Worst customer service! Got told as it is a public holiday they can not do returns today but can come back tomorrow. Asked why? She did not know and said because it could get busy. There was only two customers in the store at the time. What a joke! I understand if Managers can only do returns as she was away etc. I spend a-lot of money in Alley. Will not return to store anymore.
Went in just to look around and the service was outstanding! I was welcomed into the store, they checked on me to see if I needed assistance and when I said no I was just looking they made sure I was aware I could go to them for any questions! Will definitely be going back x
Store is great easy to shop in and Amazing customer service from the lady who helped me I think her name was Kaniesha
The girls in the store were very friendly and helpful. Everything was so tidy it made it really easy to shop.
I visited the Victoria point store and was only 1 of 2 customers in the store at the time and the staff just chatted amongst themselves, not even a greeting or even asked if I needed a hand with anything. I already find clothes shopping quiet stressful as my confidence isn’t all that great so even initiating asking for help can be hard and I’m sure many other girls feel this way as well. I ended up going to Kookai who acknowledged me straight away and really helped me find clothing I felt beautiful, I spent several hundred in store that day. For such a small store who would probably struggle with sales and eventually close like ICE did, might actually help if you take pride in your job and help the customers that walk into your store, it’s really not hard.

Staff are amazing
Great store layout and really friendly staff without being overbearing. Kaneisha was really helpful in finding me the size I needed and the prices were fantastic. Great store to update your wardrobe at :
