Staff at checkout tonight were extremely rude. Made me feel like I did something wrong when I simply needed their help. Machine said I couldn’t get more than 2 packs of Panadol which was completely fine. I didn’t know this. They then started trying to take off the items I was allowed to purchase. They escalated the situation when I simply needed them to let me continue with my other purchases. Extremely snobby girl rolling her eyes and making me feel stupid for needing them to re activate the machine. I just needed help. Incompetent. Horrible customer service. Should not be working in retail.
Woolworths is my go-to supermarket for everyday groceries. The stores are usually clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. I like how fresh the produce is and the wide variety of brands available, especially in the snack and frozen sections. Self-checkout is convenient and staff are helpful when needed. Prices are reasonable, and there are often good specials if you keep an eye out. It’s reliable, consistent, and makes weekly shopping pretty stress-free.
Everyone is polite, friendly and absolutely helpful. We go Wednesday's and the people who work there are absolutely fantastic.
Staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy. There's a really nice atmosphere and energy, each time I've been the customer service has been excellent and I have been treated as an equal. I find they are pretty inflow with good stock levels of the things I like to purchase. I look forward to shopping there even though it's not my local nMy work is close by I don't travel far however I do prefer VP woolies over my localnIt may be the timing I go however I do find isles are not too packed with people either which is great for stress levels.
Slightly cheaper than the other Woolworths nearby. Staff tend to be always happy to help here. Amazing service
