Professor Tom Jenkins has been the most caring, patient and transparent medical professional I have ever had. I was diagnosed with epilepsy this year and he has been very informative and very responsive to questions and concerns. The entire neurology team at Joondalup Hospital are fantastic, everyone working in that facility are lovely. I highly recommend the Joondalup Neurology department if you are given the choice of location.nnThank you guys!

I would like to thank each member of the staff at this hospital, it was inspiring to watch everyone working together to bring about the best result for their patients.nCleaning,catering, volunteer, office staff, nurses,doctors and trainee staff be proud of yourselves because i was thankfully impressed by all of you. Did I have to wait for over 4 hours in ED? Yes and in some pain but so were others. This hospital covers a large catchment area and the fact that the staff cope as well as they do is atribute to all of them. Hopefully the government will make the necessary adjustments to relieve the pressure the hospitals work under every day.

I attended the Emergency Department at Joondalup Health Campus and was later admitted to K-Block Ward for further investigation into a health concern. I am very grateful for the care and support I received throughout my stay.nnI would like to thank the Emergency Department staff, and especially the doctor who first saw me and began investigating the problem. I truly appreciate their care, attention, and professionalism from the very beginning.nnI would like to express my sincere appreciation to Surgeon Dr Gabby for her thorough investigation, professional examination, and care. I appreciate the time and effort taken to investigate my condition.nnThank you to the staff in K2 Block Ward, including all the doctors, nurses, medical imaging team and everyone involved in my care. Your kindness, patience, and support made me feel reassured and well looked after during a stressful time.nnI am very thankful for the excellent care I received and would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Joondalup Health Campus.

My dad has been a patient here for just under a week. The staff and care has been outstanding. We cannot thank the nurses and surgeons enough for their gentle, knowledgeable and respectful service to Pa has been so gratefully received. We truly have a wonderful medical system. Our government needs to give them far more resourcing and recognition.

Amazing experience at the Paediatric ED. A huge thank you to the wonderful nurses,especially Jade, who truly went above and beyond caring for our son. We came in with him in severe pain from a cobbler sting on his foot, and the team was so attentive, patient, and kind throughout. After about 5 hours of care, we were able to take him home much more comfortable. We’re so grateful for the support we received.
